Please leave anything about your child's health out of support email. Questions about your child belong with your practitioner, and the app helps you reach the practitioner you chose.

Where are my records?

Everything you log is stored on your phone or tablet. We cannot see it, so we cannot restore it for you. Use Backup and restore in the app to save a copy you control.

Reminders do not arrive

Check that notifications are allowed for ASD Tracker in your phone's settings. On Android 12 and later, also allow Alarms and reminders, so doses arrive on time.

Using a Gut Balancing kit

Open Explore, then Gut Balancing, and enter the kit number from your box. The app loads the plan your practitioner finalized.

Deleting your records

Sign out on the Care tab to clear the records on the device, or delete the app to remove everything.
